Our client currently requires an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Advisor to join their Belfast based team on a temporary on-going basis. Our client is a market leader in the energy sector and is based on Airport Road West in Belfast.
-Mon to Fri 0830-1700
-Requirement to work one evening/week until 7pm
-Temporary on-going role with permanent opportunities available
-Must be able to travel to location
Job duties will include:
-Responding to incoming telephone calls and electronic communications from the public, company staff and contractors
-Providing guidance, oversight and advice to callers on a wide range of activities
-Updating company systems that maintain the asset record
-Able to promote the benefits of natural gas, detail the scope of incentives available to persuade customers to connect to the network and effectively handle queries and complaints
-Dispatching jobs direct to contractors and processing real time updates from engineers etc. within target standards of service
-Contacting potential customers via outbound calling, to offer support and practical assistance to help to persuade property owners to connect.
-Relevant work experience as detailed below or a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent
-Appropriate and relevant experience within a telephone sales and/or contact centre environment
-Assertive, persuasive and well organised.
-A good articulate communicator.
-Literate and articulate with an excellent telephone manner.
-Able to demonstrate initiative, drive and enthusiasm in a challenging environment.
-Willing and able to work a flexible (hours) work pattern (potentially 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday).
