Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Customer Support Advisor for one of our clients based in Mallusk. Our client is a leading distribution and manufacturing group. Their products include industrial, food and retail packaging, as well as health and hygiene products.

Job Details:

-Permanent role based in Mallusk

-Salary of £14000-£16000 depending on experience

-Parking available

-On job training given

-39 hours per week

-Mon to Fri 0900-1730

-Finish early on Fridays at 1630

Job Duties:

-Taking incoming calls from customers

-Processing customer orders

-Contacting customers to discuss orders/add on additional items

-Maintaining up to date customer databases

-Answering emails

-General admin duties

Essential Criteria:

-At least 6 months customer service experience

-Excellent administrative skills

-High level of customer service skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-Proficient in MS Office packages

-Must be able/willing to travel to Mallusk
