Job Description

Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our client in Dublin 12

The Role

This role involves providing best in class customer service to our clients internal and external stakeholders alike, and it is expected you will have at least 3 or more years' experience as a front of house Customer Support Representative or customer service specialist in a fast paced professional environment. The Customer Support Representative must remain flexible in support of colleagues and retain the ability to prioritize workload.

Duties Include:

  • Order processing/Customer Planning & Query Resolution
  • Transport and delivery planning
  • Overseeing day to day reception duties when required
  • Office management duties
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Management of Customer planning/Orders related administration
  • Supporting day to day Customer planning activities when required
  • Managing the building facilities and meeting rooms
  • Maintain a high level of personal presentation at all times
  • Keep the front desk and reception area neat and organized
  • Provide a professional, friendly and capable reception service at all times, ensuring that visitors and staff are welcomed professionally

  • Excellent IT and interpersonal skills
  • Take pride in being the first point of contact within a fast paced business
  • Confident in communicating with individuals at every level of an organisation
  • Maintaining a professional and confident manner in a busy environment
  • Promote a flexible approach when dealing with a constantly changing environment
  • Happy to liaise with people over the phone and face to face
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • The ability to deal politely and efficiently with public and staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work without supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and Microsoft office
  • Ability to record information accurately
