Our Client, A Large Public Sector Organisation require a Deputy Principal Legal Officer to start ASAP until 31st March 2018
Pay rate: 0-12 week's £12.00p/h
13+ week's £18.94p/h
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
At least 2:1 honours degree in law; and
Be a *solicitor or barrister entitled to practice in Northern Ireland by the date of appointment.
*The Temporary Worker must be admitted as a solicitor or in the case of a barrister called to the Bar.
5 years experience of practical conveyencing
To provide practical legal advice and assistance on registration matters to include cases, rules, legislation, guidance, practice directions and solicitor complaints/queries.
Processing and advising on adverse possession applications.
Providing general legal advice in relation to applications lodged at Land Registry.
Providing advice on rectification applications lodged at Land Registry.
Liaising with Land Registry customers.
Drafting replies to complaints, Freedom of Information Enquiries, Private Office/Member of the Legislative Assembly enquiries.
