Job Description

Digital Sales Executive

Grafton are recruiting on behalf of our client a multi-award winning, innovative and dynamic online retailer. You will be promoting, managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of companies with the objective of opening new accounts, increasing sales and further strengthening our client's business.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the overall appearance of the website and driving sales through the website and all online channels
* Merchandising new products online according to current trends and brand guidelines
* Drive sales through promotions and emails and analyse monthly KPI's
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
* Manage accounts accordingly
* Represent the company in a professional manner
* Report activity to directors
* Any other duties which role may include

Person Specification:

* 1 year previous sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce role
* Experience in using packages like Dreamweaver, Google Analytics, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign
* Experience of SEO and PPC campaigns would be an advantage
* Creative and commercially aware and customer focused
* Team player with good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Good analytical skills and pro-active approach is essential

Desirable Criteria:

* Qualification in digital or multimedia subject
* Knowledge of CSS and HTML would be an advantage
* Previous experience of selling on eBay or Amazon
* Copywriting for a blog would be an advantage
