Job Description

Dispatch Administrator required on a temporary basis for an organisation based in Doagh Co. Antrim £8.00 PH.

Role: Dispatch Administrator

Rate of Pay: £8 per hour

Location: Doagh - Co.Antrim

Hours: 25 - 30 hours per week, Client is flexible

Duration: Starting Monday 8th Aug for 12 weeks (could be extended)

Main duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • Assist in keeping up to date with statistics and records
  • Receive and organise post
  • Provide good customer service
  • Working with EXCEL and spreadsheets

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE's Level or Equivalent in Maths and English
  • 6 Months Experience in working in an administrative role
  • High level of experience with MS Office especially EXCEL
