Job Description

Dutch Support Engineer


  • Successfully resolve technical issues in Dutch (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses (all training will be provided)
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as features and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options
  • Resolve incoming internal or external businesses and end user's problems via telephone and e-support (in Dutch)
  • Articulate both in writing and verbally case summary, resolution
  • Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence


  • High energy team player
  • Creative and imaginative in developing customer solutions alone or as part of a team
  • Education required: High School - completion of post primary level education prior to University study
  • 0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
  • Relevant industry qualification where applicable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superior customer service skills
