Job Description

Grafton Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a locally based client that prides themselves on their positive work environment. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable candidate to develop their skills further.

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Duties Include:

  • Answering telephone / screening calls
  • Meeting and greeting candidates and clients
  • Screening candidates to ensure details are passed to correct consultant
  • Formatting CVs in line with Key Processes
  • Supporting sales with mail-shots and marketing activity on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for all stationary, postage and print
  • Managing the Purchase Order Portal
  • General admin filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Dealing with payroll enquiries, queries and issues
  • Maintaining quality for candidates in line with key process manual
  • Maintaining quality for clients in line with key process manual
  • Supporting in quarterly audits
  • Researching client information for management

Qualifications / Experience

  • 5 GCSE Grade C and above including Math and English
  • RSA / OCR Word Processing Stage 2
  • Minimum 2 years experience of working in a busy office environment
  • The ability to organise & prioritise own workload
  • Working within a team environment and the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
