F/T Perm Payroll/Administration Clerk required for leading Manufacturers based in Lisburn.
Duties will include:
- Weekly payroll 200+ employees using Pegasus Opera.
- Updating and monitoring payroll reports, time and attendance system for weekly/monthly paid employees
- Credit control duties
- Sales Administration
- Regular reception and hospitality duties
- Switchboard duties
- Typing of confidential reports and letters
- Monitoring of employment applications and associated duties
- Adhoc reporting and any other duties as designated by the Company Accountant
- At least 2 yrs computerised payroll experience
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word
- Excellent typing skills
- Experience using Pegasus Opera
Salary £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
