Job Description

F/T Perm Payroll/Administration Clerk required for leading Manufacturers based in Lisburn.

Duties will include:

  • Weekly payroll 200+ employees using Pegasus Opera.
  • Updating and monitoring payroll reports, time and attendance system for weekly/monthly paid employees
  • Credit control duties
  • Sales Administration
  • Regular reception and hospitality duties
  • Switchboard duties
  • Typing of confidential reports and letters
  • Monitoring of employment applications and associated duties
  • Adhoc reporting and any other duties as designated by the Company Accountant

Essential criteria:

  • At least 2 yrs computerised payroll experience
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word
  • Excellent typing skills

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience using Pegasus Opera

Salary £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
