I am looking for an experienced Team Manager, ideally from a shared service centre/professional services organisation within a finance division. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage the day to day operational service delivery of a revenue control team.
Manage a team of up to 10 staff
Recruit, develop, retain and manage staff
Ensure the escalation and effective resolution of issues
Provide functional input to the Service Delivery Framework:
Contribute to the development and evolution of relevant performance standards/metrics both qualitative and quantitative
Improve customer and stakeholder satisfaction
Be a point of influence for the team and engender trust with internal customers
Contribute to the overall management of the Finance Division
Promoting and maintaining a positive work environment
Ensure "Best Practice"
Extensive Team Leading/Management experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Good understanding of financial processing within shared service centres/professional services
Excellent relationship builder at all levels
