Fraud Support Administrator
Belfast City Centre
6 Month FTC
This role will be starting on the 21st of August.
The team's mission is to protect our client and its customers from fraudulent activities. Online orders are automatically flagged for Manual Fraud Review.
As part of the research, outbound calls to validate credit card account information with issuing banks and customers to confirm the online order may be required. In addition, Manual Fraud Order Review Specialists shall also provide demonstrable and strong Internet research expertise.
As part of the investigation, the Manual Fraud Order Review Specialist is expected to capture all required data elements in systems of records. The supported processes also include the need to communicate and collaborate with internal.
The Manual Fraud Order Review Specialist has a wide range of responsibilities focused on improving the overall customer experience. The team works under demanding time constraints to make sound decisions while respecting the regional and order type specific commit dates.
- 6 months experience in a customer service/sales environment
- Organisation and Administration Skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Technical aptitude (computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications)
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
