Head of HR - Temporary
Grafton HR is pleased to be assisting a very well respected Charity based in Belfast, seeking to appoint a Senior HR manager for an interim period of 2-3 months initially.
The Senior HR Manager will report to the Director of HR & Support Services and support the business in the provision of an effective Human Resource Service to the Organisation within all jurisdictions.
The Senior HR Manager will assume responsibility for the following HR focused responsibilities(below) and act as the bridge the strategic aims of the business and department with the operational outputs of the HR team.

- Workforce Information
- Employee Relations
- Strategic and Operational Planning
- Office Health and Safety
CIPD qualified with 5 years' Human Resource experience at management level or 7 years' Human Resources experience at a senior level
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Knowledge of health and personal social services issues
Experience in preparing letters and reports and good written communication skills
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of key HR legislation
Car driver and access to a car OR can demonstrate how they can meet the mobility requirements of the post.
Experience and knowledge of Computerised HR Management Systems
ECDL, Clait or equivalent
RSA/OCR Word processing/Typewriting Stage II or above
Experience of designing and delivering presentations/ training courses
Experience of Quality Management Systems. (ISO, IIP)
