Job Description

Duties will include

  • Maintaining excellent customer relations with patients, parents and support staff
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments according to practice guidelines
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations with referring dentists
  • Assisting in all areas of the practice as required
  • Observing patient confidentiality at all times
  • Acting as a first point of contact for all initial enquiries coming through via phone, email, social media, post or walk ins
  • Contacting patient immediately to help secure first initial consultation booking and answering any queries the patient might have
  • Sending confirmation letter of appointment
  • Ensuring new private patient appointments are confirmed 2 days before and sending reminder texts
  • Meeting and greeting new private patients
  • Explaining treatment options
  • Speaking to patients extensively about payment plans etc
  • Providing patients with walk out pack, including treatment plans, photos, financial options and any other relevant documents
  • Completing HSE paperwork
  • Setting up and updating patient files
  • Preparing and completing monthly KPI figures based on reports
  • Future-plan marketing and potential foot flow ideas to PM
  • Dealing with problems and resolving
  • Assisting with practice marketing

Ideal candidate will be vibrant and professional with a passion for excellent customer service. Previous experience in a similar customer service/marketing role is essential
