Job Description

Hotel Receptionist Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh Permanent

The Client

Our client a superb 5 star Hotel with world class accommodation and a beautifully appointed Spa.

The Role:

This role is a critical role you are the first person that guests meet on arrival to the Hotel

  • Duties include
  • Checking guests in and out of the resort
  • Explain resort and rooms facilities
  • Prepare and explain final bills
  • Take payments in addition to taking room reservations and incoming calls
  • Assisting guests with a range of queries at the reception desk

Hours of Work:

  • Working 5 days out of 7
  • 7.30am-3.30pm
  • 3.30pm-11.30pm


  • Degree at 1st or 2.1 level ideally in hospitality or tourism or a related topic or equivalent experience as a receptionist
  • Previous experience in a reception/sales environment within a fast paced industry
  • Demonstrate experience of excellent customer care skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable experience of writing marketing or editorial copy
  • Highly competent in the use of Word
  • Previous administration experience - Ability to provide accurate, clear, concise and informative communication and recording of the same
