Grafton HR is working with a fantastic social enterprise in central Belfast to hire a savvy HR Administrator for an urgent 6 month contract.
The HR Administrator will support a team of senior HR professionals to provide comprehensive administrative support for all HR processes including:
- Administration of PAMS changes
- Absence Management
- Organising internal training events
- Compiling reports
- Processing invoices
This is an excellent role for a recent HR graduate who wants to experience life as a Human Resource professional in the Public Sector. You will have the opportunity to experience different aspects of HR and will be given support from more senior members of staff, to develop your knowledge and help take your career to the next level in a short space of time.
If you are a strong team player, proficient in the use of PAMS, a guru with all things IT related, have some similar experience in a professional HR environment, have a CIPD qualification or are working towards it…then this HR Administration role is for you!
Located in Central Belfast, a ten minute walk from Great Victoria Street Station.
