Job Description

Our client a successful food manufacturer in the Dungannon area requires a temporary HR Administrator for an immediate start.

Main Duties:

  • General HR and Training administration,
  • Setting up files, induction packs
  • HR induction
  • Data input onto PAMS and TMS system,
  • Keeping employee spreadsheet update,
  • Equality monitoring information to be kept up to date,
  • Organising and coordinating OH,
  • Keeping holiday system up to date,
  • Arranging interview for the HRO's, SHRA's and HR Manager,
  • Agency coordination,
  • Filing and other general administrative duties

Criteria Required:

  • Qualified to CIPD level (at least Level 3) and/or degree qualified
  • Previous experience in a busy HR environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills to include Word and Excel
