HR Advisor

Belfast

£30,000

My client, a global BPO based in Belfast City Centre, presently has a vacancy for an experienced HR Advisor with an emphasis on employee relations to join their organisation.

This is in a shared service environment and will be telephony based, providing HR advice and guidance to an external client, with particular focus around Employee Relations Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate employee relations issue's and make recommendations to management

Advise the company in all aspects of employee legal challenges

Advise managers in relation to employee queries and issue's

Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Build relationships with senior management

Ensure full compliance and up to date knowledge with UK Law and legislation

Advise on all disciplinary and grievance matters to ensure compliance with legislation

Offer advice and guidance

The Person

At least 2 year's relevant HR Generalist experience

Extensive experience of employment Law

CIPD Qualified

This is a great opportunity to join a large and complex HR team, with the opportunity for longer term employment, within a friendly and highly supportive work environment.
