HR Advisor - Employee Relations
My client, a leading private sector business based in Belfast City Centre, presently has a vacancy for an experienced HR Advisor with an emphasis on employee relations to join their organisation.
This role will be based in a shared service environment and will be telephony based, providing HR advice and guidance to an external client, with particular focus around Employee Relations Case Management.
Investigate employee relations issue's and make recommendations to management
Advise the company in all aspects of employee legal challenges
Advise managers in relation to employee queries and issue's
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Build relationships with senior management
Ensure full compliance and up to date knowledge with UK Law and legislation
Advise on all disciplinary and grievance matters to ensure compliance with legislation
Offer advice and guidance
At least 2 - 3 year's relevant HR Generalist experience
Extensive experience of NI Employment Law, Case Management & tribunal preparation
£28 - 30k + benefits
City Centre location
