HR Advisor - County Tyrone - Competitive package

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a professional HR service to staff based at the County Tyrone site, ensuring advice is in line with company best practice and legislative requirements.

This is a comprehensive HR Generalist opportunity, which will include the following duties:

  • Oversee Recruitment & selection at all levels in the organisation
  • Devising and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Employee relations matters, including overseeing disciplinary & grievance issues and proactively managing absence
  • Actively managing and working within budgetary requirements
  • Payroll administration (both salaried & weekly paid)
  • Coaching and guiding on performance management and succession planning
  • Training & Development of team members
  • Promoting good communications throughout the business
  • Continuous improvement of HR Information Systems and business processes
  • Timely and accurate HR administration

  • CIPD qualified
  • 3 years HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Occasional travel will be required
