Grafton HR Exclusive Role

Grafton HR is pleased to be exclusively representing our client with the appointment of a HR Workforce Analytics expert.

The post holder will conduct employee data analyses to support strategic decision-making.

This individual will also work as an HR Reporting Lead and will be responsible for the administration of several key HR processes.

The Role

Develop data analyses, present them in a clear, meaningful manner to executives, effectively answer questions, and justify conclusions.

Work with the owners of various HR Programs to provide data expertise and administration, which will the partnering with internal organizations such as Legal, Finance and IT.

Produce reports which integrate data from various data sources (Oracle, Ellipse, etc.).

Act as an HR reporting lead, determining the best method, person or organization to provide requested data, and/or developing complex reports for use by others.

Develop reporting systems to increase reporting efficiency's and alleviate manual reporting. Work directly with IT and other support functions to standardize reporting processes, design and manage the implementation of automated solutions.

Act as the HR reporting and analytics tools expert, fully understanding and pushing the HR organization to maximize the effective use of those tools.

Manage projects as needed

The Person

Bachelors or Master's Degree or University Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology.

A minimum of 2 years of HR data analysis and project management working with a variety of HR functions (in particular, compensation, payroll, benefits) and systems.

Expert in the use of Excel for reporting and analytics.

Working knowledge of SQL and databases preferred.

Experience with report writer tools (e.g. OBIEE, Crystal Report Writer, desired.

Strong working knowledge of Oracle desired.

Strong understanding of and experience with IT infrastructures, processes and projects desired.

Skilled at making Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to management desired
