Job Description

HR Analyst - Dublin North

Our client, a global organisation specialising in pharmaceuticals, currently have a vacancy for a HR Analyst, to join their HR function on a 3-4 month contract basis. This is a project based role and the key areas of responsibility will include:

  • To fully support the HR function on a specific purpose project reviewing recruitment strategies, vendor contracts, employee engagement and HR life cycle
  • Work with HR to provide business tools and project planning
  • Assisting in data cleansing/consolidation exercises
  • Ensuring the relevant data sources are maintained and up to date
  • Ensuing an accurate reporting of data
  • To provide support to Senior HR Managers and Group Management on strategic projects and the implementation of changes
  • To monitor the administration of all PM tools to ensure effective administration, continually looking for process improvements
  • To evaluate, maintain and develop the PM methodology across the organisation
  • To conduct analysis across various business units
  • To ensure PM and employee relations communications are up to date

Experience Required:

  • At least 3-4 years HR Specialist experience specifically in the areas of performance HR policies and contract reviews
  • Degree qualified in HR or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Access at advanced level
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and market research skills, with a proven record of converting analysis into recommendations and concise report
  • Experience of reviewing, implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Team player

This role will be offered on a full-time, contract basis but there is the possibility that the contract may extend beyond the initial contract period. Remuneration will be within the region of €40-50k, negotiable depending on experience.
