Job Description

HR Assistant & General Administrator (10 MTH CONTRACT)

To carry out all HR/General duties:

Key responsibilities include:-

  • To manage the day-to-day running of the office and its functions;
  • To be responsible for all internal document control: receipt/circulation/archiving of contractual documentation and all general correspondence;
  • To organise and co-ordinate all communications for the depots;
  • To arrange, administer and take minutes of meetings;
  • To compile and circulate all Contract Reports;
  • Administration of the Training Database;
  • Recruitment - Interviewing, Reference Checks, arranging Pre-Employment Medicals, Induction;
  • Management of Notice Boards, Staff List and Organisation Charts;
  • Update and maintain Personnel Files;
  • Produce HR Key Performance Indicators;
  • Administration of the Time and Attendance System;
  • To undertake any other duties as specified;

Key skills & requirements include:-

  • Third level Qualification in Human Resources essential;
  • Strong Communicator with Excellent Organisational Skills;
  • In depth knowledge of relevant IT software packages, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Minimum 2 experience in a HR Administration Role
