Grafton Specialist HR Team are delighted to be working exclusively with a client in Enniskillen, Co.Fermanagh to hire a HR Assistant on a permanent basis, to start ASAP.
As HR Assistant you will work alongside a team of HR professionals, as the first point of contact for HR queries, assisting in all areas of HR including Recruitment, Training and Development including Induction training, HR Administration, Absence management.
The successful applicant will have:
- Degree in HR eManagement or a related subject, or a CIPD qualification
- 1 or 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, ideally with previous experience in using PAMS
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or HR professional with 1-2 years experience to get involved and grow within a fast paced environment. Hours of work are very favourable!
