My client is recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis, to be based at their site in County Down.
The successful HR Business Partner will enjoy working in an expanding, award winning manufacturing environment, with full ownership for one of the companies sites, with the support of a highly experienced HR Director.
The HR Business Partner will join a well established, expanding business based in County Down, currently going through a period of rapid growth.
Boasting an array of high profile multinational clients, this organisation has ambitious plans to continue to grow, consequently creating this brand new HR Business Partner position, ideal for an ambitious, hard working HR professional.
The successful HR Business Partner will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key internal stakeholders, ensuring the HR service they provide genuinely adds value to the business.
Reporting to the HR Director, the successful HR Business Partner will be responsible for the HR function on one of the companies sites, acting as a true business partner to the senior management team. You will provide advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, including performance management, employee relations, representing the company during audits, absence management, recruitment and disciplinaries.
Within the wider HR team, the successful HR Business Partner will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to identify top talent within the business, ensuring development programmes are implemented on a regular basis.
The successful candidate
To apply for this newly created HR Business Partner opportunity, it is essential you possess the following:
- 3+ years experience working at HR Business Partner level within manufacturing
- Degree educated
- Extensive employee relations experience, combined with strong NI legislation knowledge
- Experience of audits
While not essential, the successful candidate will ideally have Chartered CIPD membership and a health and safety qualification.
