HR Business Partner - Grafton HR Exclusive - Global Professional Services Company - Belfast
Grafton HR is excited to be exclusively representing a global professional services organisation, currently going through a period of massive change, with the recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner.
My client is a well established, global business, currently going through a substantial merger, which will significantly increase the company's global workforce. The current HRBP is moving into a more strategic role for a period of 6 months, therefore this role is to back fill their position.
The successful candidate will initially join the company on a contract basis of 6 months, however, due to the significant developments within the company, there is a possibility that this role will turn into a permanent position.
As HR Business Partner, you will have full responsibility for the HR remit across the companies Belfast and Dublin sites, responsible for a workforce of roughly 250 across. You will act a trusted advisor to the business, providing a key role in promoting the company culture, values, as well as providing advice and guidance on various HR matters, ensuring the advice is consistent with local legislation.
This role will be a blend of operational and strategic HR, working extensive with key internal stakeholders to ensure the people strategy is aligned with the commercial direction of the business. Operationally, you will coach managers on all HR related matters, including performance management, policy design and implementation, recruitment & selection, employee engagement and reward.
Talent Management will also play a key part of the role; ensuring employees of all levels have a clear career pathway, contributing to a highly engaged workforce.
The right fit
- The successful candidate will be a strong HR Generalist, with at least 4 years experience at HR Advisor level and above
- Experience across a broad remit, including performance management, employee relations, reward, training and recruitment
- Degree educated, ideally possessing a CIPD qualification
- Knowledge of both NI and ROI legislation is essential
- Ideally have experience within a professional services / technology environment
As HR Business Partner, you will be required to make regular trips to Dublin on a monthly basis, therefore it is essential you are open to this.
