HR Projects Business Partner - Professional Services
Grafton HR is delighted be be representing our client, a global professional services organisation based in Belfast, with the appointment of a HR Business Partner.
The company in question spans the globe with sites located across Europe, US and APAC regions.
Working within a team of 5 and reporting to the Group HR Manager, the HR BP will assume responsibility for the day to day operational HR duties, whilst also heavily involved in a number of exciting HR Projects, such as Compensation, Benefits and Reward.
The candidate will be happy to work both operationally but think and act strategically as well, assuming ownership for the workload of two HR Officers and a HR Intern.
The successful candidate would ideally have industry experience in either Insurance, Financial or another Professional Services background or alternatively, have strong HR shared service exp, combined with an alternative industry background.

The candidate will work to executive levels and be supported by two HR Officers and a HR Intern.
The candidate must be able to deliver as a commercial business partner and be able to do both operational and delivery tasks in a pragmatic manner whilst also having the potential to do more strategic work into the future.

3-5 years in a senior generalist role at Senior Advisor or BP level
Exp gained within a Professional Services environment
HR Project exp(including exposure to reward programs)
Exp of a shared service environment
Exp gained within a multi-site and/or multi-jurisdictional environment
£30 - £35k + excellent company benefits
