HR Manager - Derry / Londonderry - Highly competitive salary
Grafton HR is excited to be exclusively representing a large private sector client, presenting seeking an experienced HR Manager for their site in Derry / Londonderry.
The role (HR Manager - Derry / Londonderry)
Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to line management across various HR functions, including Recruitment, Talent Development and Employee Relations.
As HR Manager, you will support various internal stakeholders on daily basis, ranging from middle management to senior management, both on site and across other sites. As the company have multiple sites, you will be expected to liaise with other HR points of contact on a regular basis, ensuring a consistent approach is applied across the business.
There will be a key focus on employee relations, with a specific emphasis on performance management, supporting line management in dealing with ongoing issues on site. You will also ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed and implemented across the site, ultimately supporting the companies overall commercial goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR Manager seeking a fast paced, high volume environment.
- 5 years + HR Manager level experience in a high volume, high pressure environment
- CIPD qualified
- Proven track record of dealing with employee relations including investigation meetings, disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, performance management and absence management.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience of working in a unionised environment would be desirable
