Grafton HR is representing a market leading organisation based in Belfast, currently seeking a HR Officer on a permanent basis.
The role (HR Officer - Belfast)
As HR Officer, you work with a large HR department, working closely with the senior management team on a regular basis. You will be heavily involved in processes concerned with performance and development reviews, production of KPIs, oversee disciplinary and grievance processes, as well as managing the administration of employee benefits.
Possessing good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information, the successful candidate will also be involved in overseeing staff payroll, updating and maintaining staff records on PAMS. You will also be expected to support the internal recruitment specialist, managing graduate campaigns when required.
- The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience, as well as possessing a CIPD Qualification.
- Multi-site experience within a large organisation
- Project experience
- PAMS experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or construction environment
