Grafton HR is representing a leading professional services organisation based in Belfast City Centre.
At present, they are seeking to appoint a HR Officer to join the business on a fixed term contract of 12 - 18 months, with a strong emphasis is HR system implementation.
As HR Officer, you will be the first point of contact for various HR matters, including recruitment and selection, payroll, ER issues, benefits and company policies. The role will also involve various projects, including salary benchmarking, equality monitoring and implementing various HR systems.
Volume recruitment on a global scale will be a key aspect of the role, with responsibility for the entire recruitment life-cycle, ensuring all applicants receive a positive experience. Expected to proactively search for suitable candidates across several global locations, you will also liaise with line management on a regular basis, ensuring the recruitment function is consistent across the entire business.
Another key area is the day to day employee relations matters, ensuring line management is aware of the proper procedures for each individual scenario. Liaising with third party organisations, you will ensure an appropriate HR service is provided at all times. Staff benefits are also an integral part of the role, managing all initial benefit queries, through to resolution.

- Degree educated
- CIPD (Level 7) or working towards it
- 2 years HR generalist experience, ideally within a fast paced environment
- Previous experience of working within a global professional services organisation
- Experience of implementing HR systems
