Grafton Recruitment are currently working with a well known Belfast organisation who are recruiting for a high number of Customer Service Agents for a 5 week campaign starting on the 7th of November.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls from existing customers looking to upgrade their services
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service provided to all customers
- Explaining available incentives and promotions to the customer
- Handling enquiries
Candidates will require:
- At least 6 months customer service experience - this could be from retail, hospitality or an office environment
- Good communication skills
- Available for the duration of the 5 week project
- Flexiblity to work between the hours of 8am - 10pm Monday - Sunday for the duration of the contract
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from a retail or hospitality background to gain Customer Service experience with a well respected business.
