Job Title: Inside Sales Renewal Representative - EMEA Renewals (11 month contract)

Department Overview Inside Sales Organisation (ISO) is a key component to this Global software client overall EMEA sales strategy. ISO acts as a competitive sales weapon for client, focused on revenue creation, partner and customer loyalty and business enablement. ISO drives incremental revenue across all products and services, imperative to clients mission and goals. The Opportunity Joining the ISO Team provides an opportunity like no other to further enhance your career within Sales and Marketing, with a company that leads the way in terms of technology and opportunity through its structured career development programme. The ISO Team consists of three strands; Renewals, Partner, Inside Sales across three levels of seniority, across several languages. As part of the ISO Renewals team, it will be your duty to qualify and drive the renewal of existing contracts to increase retention rates, with the ultimate aim of increased revenue. You will drive incremental revenue growth for an assigned commercial territory, meeting or exceeding assigned individual/team targets.


  • Generate renewals revenue to agreed quota
  • Sell this software clients sales proposition through competitive positioning
  • Proactively engage with customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Negotiate the best deal for client whilst satisfying the customer.s interests
  • Establish close working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain current and accurate account and contact information in SFDC
  • Provide .Super-User. expertise and services to internal and external customers
  • Requirements

  • Industry and Vertical market knowledge
  • Competitor knowledge
  • Understanding of customers. security needs and concerns
  • Ability to interact at senior levels internally and with external organisations


  • Self confident with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate desirable outcomes for both client (Global Software Company) and its customers via phone/email
  • Self starter with the desire and motivation to progress
  • Fluent in English and native speaker in additional language
  • Experience
  • Previous experience of working within an IT/Software related business environment
  • Previous experience selling within a renewals capacity essential
  • Proven track record of Inside Sales success
  • Knowledge and experience of SFDC CRM system advantageous
  • Educated to degree level or relevant business experience
  • Language certification advantageous
