- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's service and the wider competitive market place
- Generate sales opportunities through identifying prospective clients to introduce our product by means of telephone and emails
- Cold calling into prospect companies
- Qualify potential opportunities
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail managing al respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails and call logs)
- Close sales where appropriate
- Schedule initial product presentations between prospect and field sales team where appropriate
- Respond to inquiries via live chat, email, incoming and outbound calls
- Meet personal targets and contribute positively to the company's KPIs

- A highly motivated and driven individual not concerned to pick up the phone to find and speak to key decision makers
- A confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience of working within a target driven environment would be an advantage
- 2 years sales-related experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience with high-volume prospecting through email marketing and cold calling
- Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the Music Business
- Team Player
- Cold calling experience preferred
- CRM experience is a plus
