Job Description

Our client a leading and well established Belfast Solicitors require an experienced Legal Secretary (Defence Litigation/Commercial)

The Role:

You will be required to provide an excellent standard of secretarial support to the team.

* Make/receive telephone calls as appropriate
* Filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents as required
* Assist with ad-hoc business development and communication activities
* Ensure client contact information is kept up to date
* Maintain a level of knowledge required for the role both individually and for the team

Key Skills

* Previous legal secretarial experience essential
* Qualified to a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent
* Must have good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft packages
* An excellent eye for detail with a concern for quality and accuracy
* A client focused approach
* Team oriented and collaborative with a flexible, can do attitude
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing
* Demonstrable ability to multitask and prioritise a full workload under pressure and the ability to work independently
