Job Description

Marketing Assistant

Grafton are recruiting for a Marketing Assistant on behalf our client, a local insurance company. You will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for a large range of brands. You will produce high quality content and promote the various brands through a number of channels such as website, content, events, social media partnerships and online PR.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete day to day updates and content management of the various online sites
  • Management of ecommerce channels
  • Liaise with key marketing stakeholders to ensure digital marketing and business/community campaigns are planned and executed in a timely manner
  • Produce online creative solutions from concept/initiative to delivery and implementation
  • Develop and manage social media platforms and evaluate audience behaviour
  • Develop Marketing campaigns such as targeted emails and eVouchers
  • Support and liaise with internal resources and external consultants on design and implementation, web development and strategy on campaigns
  • Keep up to date with all new digital marketing developments
  • Ensure all digital marketing communications adhere to legal regulations, and all campaigns are accurately recorded
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to integrate and optimise campaigns across brand
  • Access data from a range of social analytical tools
  • Build out, manage and optimize ad campaigns including Facebook and Twitter whilst achieving the best CPS
  • Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience within a similar role gained within the last 3 years
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Marketing or a related discipline
  • Experience of using analytical reporting
  • Experience of social PPC and online PR
  • Fully computer literate
  • Excellent written communication skills to meet service level for website activity and management
  • Excellent content creation skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Awareness of PC security issues
  • Good technical ability
  • Good attention to detail
  • Keeps abreast of market trends & technology
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Strong independent decision maker
  • Self-motivated
