Meter Query Technician - Field Based Role
Full Time - Fixed Term 2 years
Salary: £23,229.77 per annum
Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with Echo Managed Services for the recruitment of field-based Meter Query Technicians to work with one of their key clients NI Water.
Working for Echo in partnership with Northern Ireland Water (NI Water), these are field-based roles that cover the whole of Northern Ireland. We are currently looking to recruit a number of these positions with people from the Fermanagh and the Omagh area. This will be to fill both current and future requirements and a waiting list will be compiled for any vacancies that arise within the next 12 months. A vehicle will be provided for business purposes.
The role will involve gathering, investigating, interpreting and analysing information to provide comprehensive responses to data quality queries allowing first time resolution and minimising repeat visits Liaison with Meter Reading and Query BAU teams, Meter Maintenance Support team, Metering Administration Support team and Echo BAU.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they meet the following essential criteria:
- At least 1 years' field experience in a utilities environment (this includes field based experience and/or interaction with field based staff to include dealing with, and resolving, customer & internal queries)
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook
- A current full valid driving licence
- Experience in a customer interface environment
