Job Description

Due to continued expansion our client based in the Dungannon area has an immediate requirement for an experienced Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in the day to day smooth running of the office
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries from the general public
  • Matching invoices with delivery dockets
  • Liaising with sales team
  • General administration as required

Criteria Required:

  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Working knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent customer service skills face to face and on the telephone
  • Must have excellent organisational skills
