Due to continued expansion our client based in the Dungannon area has an immediate requirement for an experienced Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.
- Assist in the day to day smooth running of the office
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries from the general public
- Matching invoices with delivery dockets
- Liaising with sales team
- General administration as required
- Educated to GCSE level
- Working knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
- IT Literate
- Excellent customer service skills face to face and on the telephone
- Must have excellent organisational skills
