Organised and efficient administrator required to join a small office in the Dublin South area. There is flexibility with this role as to whether it will be full or part time and the successful candidate will join a small team of 7.
Our client are a busy distribution company and on a typical day you will look after everything from managing the phones (there is no defined reception area) to raising Purchase Orders and managing invoices, to general office administration to include ensuring the filing system is maintained and that processes are running smoothly.
You will be fully proficient in MS Office packages - if you have administration experience in a distribution office, great. If not, of course all other office experience will be considered.
You will be efficient and organised by nature and have great attention to detail and numeracy skills. Customer service and resolving queries might form a part of the role along with providing admin support to Management. As this is a small office, the duties will be varied but you will become a part of a busy and successful team. Some flexibility can be offered on hours for the right candidate.
