Job Description

Position: Office Assistant

Main Tasks/Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Relief Reception - Screen and direct calls and take and relay messages
  • Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • To deal with incoming and outgoing post and arrange couriers
  • To manage and order stationary
  • To organise meeting room bookings when required
  • To provide general administrative and clerical support as required

Key Competencies/Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2 years previous receptionist experience
  • Excellent phone manner and administration skills
  • Ability to deal with people in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Clean driving licence
