Job Description

My client in the Dunloy area are looking to recruit for a full time Office Administrator to join their team to cover Maternity.

The role is due to start at the beginning of Sept giving the successful candidate over 1 months handover . The role is expected to last 9 months+


  • Reception duties and screening calls and passing to the appropriate person
  • Busy sourcing lodgings for men in the UK
  • Booking Flights
  • Ordering material and stationary
  • Typing Letters
  • Faxing, Scanning and emailing
  • Giving price quotations
  • Other admin duties on demand

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSE's Grade C+ Including Maths and English
  • At least 2 years experience working in a busy office environment
  • Experience of booking flights and accommodation for staff
  • Good customer service experience

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Word and Excel
