Our client a leading manufacturer and distributor based in Lurgan requires an experienced Office Manager to join their team.
- Liaising with the food packaging sales reps on a daily basis to keep them informed of stock issues and confirming timings to them for in-coming stock.
- Confirming pricing to food packaging sales reps for numerous new products as and when they require.
- Controlling stock of food packaging products.
- Requires checking on a daily basis with suppliers to ensure most products are always in stock for our customers.
- Purchasing and buying from our suppliers.
- The ideal candidate have Office Manager/Sales manager experience
- Previous experience in food or packaging industries would be advantageous
- IT Literate to include Word and Excel
- Must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be able to deal with people at all levels
