We are currently recruiting for Temporary Receptionists for short term assignments in Co. Clare (Ennis), Limerick (City Centre) and Galway (city centre). Candidates must be available on-call and can start immediately. The ideal candidate will flexible in their approach to working arrangements. Assignments can last from one day to several weeks.
Duties will include:
- Reception cover (front of house/switchboard)
- Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
- Data Entry
- Customer service
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Previous experience in reception/customer services roles in fast paced office environments essential
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Own transport an advantage but not essential
The rate for short term assignments vary but will be within the region of €10 per hour depending on the role.
