Job Description

Online Customer Service/Account Manager

My client are an extremely creative, dynamic and multicultural company in the midst of expansion. They are now seeking an experienced Online Customer Service/Account Manager.

Main Duties:

  1. Set up new products using appropriate content, create A+ content, participate in vine products, prices and images
  2. Update cost price, RRP, content and images when necessary
  3. Run promotions and campaigns
  4. Submit test reports certificates when requested
  5. Create weekly reports and monthly rate of sales
  6. Ensure a uniform brand presence across all ecommerce platforms
  7. Update suit of marketing materials such as brochures, training manuals and other client information materials
  8. Design creative marketing materials and imagery ensuring the integrity and consistency of the company's brand according with brand guidelines
  9. Set up new product pages as well as updating content and imagery for existing pages
  10. Update products inventory

Skills:

  1. At least 4 years plus in a similar role
  2. The ability to use Adobe Creative Suits
  3. Ecommerce experience
