Order Support Administrator

Belfast City Centre

6 Month FTC


This role will be starting 14th August 2017

The Role:

Order Support Specialists for this Global Lifestyle Brand expedite customer & departmental queries while maintaining the highest customer service standards at all times. Order Support provides support to customers related to Delivery Management, Shipping Investigations, Inbound Returns, Customer Outreach, and other ad hoc customer escalations. This team will be responsible for interacting with customers, carrier providers, customer service specialists, and other internal departments.

The Order Support Specialist has a wide range of responsibilities focused on improving the overall customer experience. The team works under demanding time constraints to address complex support issues until successfully resolved. The team also identifies opportunities for operational improvements & suggests service improvement strategies in accordance with business requirements.

There will be a strong emphasis on quickly and effectively recognizing and analysing more complex problems and escalating accordingly. A successful Order Support Specialist will be customer focused, articulate, and motivated with some customer service based experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to work well within a team environment working towards achieving predetermined targets and also demonstrate their own initiative when required.


  • 6 months experience in a customer service/sales environment
  • Organisation and Administration Skills
  • Ideal candidate will have owned or have experience using Mac, iOS, Android, tablets, smartphones
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical aptitude (computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications)
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
