Job Description


Our Client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is seeking to recruit an Organisation & Cultural Change Manager for Dublin for an exciting contract project.

Typical PM Skills include:

  • Determining the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule
  • Measuring and monitoring progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks - Making adjustments as necessary
  • Ensuring that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions
  • Reviewing and managing all changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope change process
  • Representing the project team at client meetings Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans

Specific Organisation Design Skills:

  • Review the to-be Business Process Design to understand organization/role impacts, and create Role Descriptions for business process roles in conjunction with HR
  • Design the jobs and teams including mapping jobs to roles, defining skills requirements, and designing teams and reporting relationships in conjunction with HR
  • Define the to-be skills/knowledge requirements for the affected workforce and the characteristics of the current workforce
  • Design and conduct a Skills Assessment to measure the baseline skills of the affected workforce, and create a plan to close the gap between current and required skills
  • Align the performance objectives, behaviours, and incentives with the Job Designs and Team Designs
  • Identify the critical/redundant jobs and develop/support the execution of the Job Sourcing Plan to achieve the business objectives
  • Develop the organization transition approach to help the organization implement the planned changes
  • Gather and analyse information (for example, labour relations, employee relations, HR policies and processes, and country legal requirements) on the organization's environment and systems for impacts to change effort
  • Communicate HR and legal requirements to the rest of the project
  • Support the organization throughout its transition
