Our client a successful manufacturer in the Portadown area requires an experienced Part Time Administrator - 16 hours per week.
Hours of Work each week: Wed 8am-12pm, Thurs & Fri 8am-2.30pm
- Assisting with Time & Attendance for employees
- General administration relating to payroll
- Dealing with telephone and email queries
- Maintaining databases
- General administration as required
- Minimum of one year experience in a busy office environment
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines
