Job Description

Responsibilities will include

  • Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • Credit Control
  • Preparation of Management Accounts
  • Various HMRC and industry returns
  • Development of financial controls and procedures


  • Qualified bookkeeper with previous similar experience
  • Working knowledge of computerised accounting systems
  • Working knowledge of Sage accounting system
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to deal with visiting customers and various telephone enquiries
