Finance Administrator required on a temporary basis for a charitable organisation based in Belfast between £8.00 and £8.50 per hour.
Role: Finance Administrator
Rate of Pay: £8.00 to £8.50 per hour
Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible over the days)
Duration: 4 months (potential to go permanent)
- Knowledge/awareness of confidential information and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills - via email/phone/in person to deal with service user queries
- Process invoices
- Assist with general finance queries
- Assist with Petty Cash processing
- Ensure all financial documents are filed systematically
- Assist the department in general administrative duties
- Proficient in use of IT packages
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft, excel and word
- Two years relevant office experience in a similar finance role
- Excellent communication skill
- Sage line 50
