Office Administrator with Accounts | Logistics | Part-Time Permanent Role

The Role: Office Administrator with Accounts

Responsibilities:

  1. Front office administration including meet and greet
  2. Liaising with potential and existing clients
  3. Providing administrative support to a busy logistics team
  4. Compiling monthly sales reports for Management
  5. Accounts Administration to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, management of purchase orders, invoice matching and any other duties requested by the Accounts Team Manager
  6. Working closely with Senior Management Team in relation to tenders, quotations and business development

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years working in a busy office environment
  2. Excellent client interaction and customer service skills
  3. Previous experience of working within a busy accounts department
  4. The ability to work in a fast paced office
  5. MS Office Proficient
