Job Description

Payroll Administrator is required on a temporary basis for a local Public Sector organisation based in Bangor, Co. Down.

Role: Payroll Administrator

Location: Bangor, Co. Down

Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Duration: Until the end of June (initially)

Main duties/Responsibilities:

Primarily Payroll duties and General Administration including:

  • Filing
  • Dealing with post
  • Input data

Key Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good numeracy skills

Essential Criteria:

  • 2 A Levels or Equivalent or 3 year's experience in a financial environment
  • Working as a team member
  • Data input experience


  • Daily use of spreadsheets
  • Use of computerised financial system
