Job Description

Based outside of Portadown our successful client who also operates in mainland UK requires a Payroll Administrator for a maternity cover starting Mid Oct (approx 9+ months). This position will be 4 to 5 full days per week depending on needs of business each week.

Main Duties:

  • Operating Sage Line 50 payroll
  • Processing weekly pay for approx 150 workers
  • Processing new starts, P45, P60, sicklines and holiday pay
  • Completing pensions
  • General administration and dealing with telephone queries

Criteria Required:

  • Must have working knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • Minimum of one year experience in a payroll position
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • IT Literate to include Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
